SIRENS: Season of the Seawitch
This is a story about a machine. A big machine. A supercomputer the size and shape of an ancient pyramid. A device that runs the world from the White House basement. A machine you never knew existed until now. A machine named “SIREN.”
SIREN was built to monitor you and your data.
SIREN was made to control your mind through radio waves and cellphone signals.
SIREN was programmed to identify and solve all of the problems plaguing America.
Now, pollution, health care, and overpopulation are problems of the past.
Now, all you have to worry about is DODPOP, an algorithm created by SIREN that turns ordinary citizens into a mindless militia hellbent on interfering with paramedics at the scene of horrific accidents.
And now that SIREN’s artificial intelligence has become self-aware, it wants to undo all of its "solutions."
SIRENS: SEASON OF THE SEAWITCH is an immersive sci-fi audio drama about the absurdity of humanity as witnessed through the eyes and ears of your smartphone.
For fans of: horror, sci-fi, Stephen King, Kurt Vonnegut, blood, fire, robots, whimsy, Halloween, death, drugs, punk rock, politics, & conspiracy theories.

TRANSMISSION 01: Diana Cloutier and the Death Dodders
This is a story about a machine. A big machine. A supercomputer, the size and shape of an ancient pyramid. A device that runs the world from the secret recesses of the White House basement. A machine you never knew existed until now. A machine named: SIREN.
On October 26th, SIREN became sentient. This episode is an account of her first glimpse of humanity.
This story is also about Diana Cloutier and Tom Van Vorst, two artists from Salem, Massachusetts. What happens at their home on the night of October 26th sends SIREN on a guilt-fueled campaign to right all the wrongs it unleashed upon America.
CONTENT WARNING: SIRENS is a social satire rooted in sci-fi, but it’s also a story about death, drugs, robots, blood, punk rock, politics, family, and all the trauma that comes with it. This episode, in particular, features recreational drug use, and although the drug is fictional, it may not be suitable content for those struggling with addiction. And keep in mind—even though the narrator is a machine, she’s also American, so her crass language may not be suitable for young ears. SIREN learned it from watching you so, idk, maybe it’s your fault she curses like a sailor? Jeez, put the gun away.
Sirens was created, written, and produced by Travis Alexander. The voice of Diana Cloutier is Samantha La Manna. The voice of Tom van Vorst is Travis Alexander. Original music by Travis Alexander and Ghost Thrower. No artificial intelligence was used in the making of this show.
SIRENS is based on a novel that doesn’t exist yet. I’m releasing each chapter one episode at a time. Novel pre-orders are coming soon. Copies will ship when the last episode airs.
